CODE OF CONDUCT

Advanced Color Solution's Business Conduct and Ethics Policy reflects Advanced Color Solution’s existing culture and serves as a guide for our directors, officers and employees in their daily activities. Our policy is to conduct our business in accordance with the highest standards of ethics, morality and legality in all areas where business is carried out. In our business practices, we are committed to doing the right thing. A culture of “corporate” ethics can only be built on a strong foundation of “personal” ethics. For this reason, we expect all of our directors, officers and employees to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Advanced Color Solution’s commitment to acting ethically and in compliance with the law. Every director, officer and employee is held accountable for complying with this Policy. Further, it is the responsibility of every director, officer and employee to notify the Director of Human Resources (or Corporate Compliance Officer) of any violations of these standards, without fear of reprisal.
